OpenFOAM-TT

Daisytuner's build of OpenFOAM's core libOpenFOAM as a standalone CMake project, with symbol-equivalent replacements that offload its sparse matrix operations to Tenstorrent hardware. The result drops into the original OpenFOAM driver via LD_LIBRARY_PATH, so offloading strategies can be explored without touching the solvers.
