SimBricks component-tenstorrent

SimBricks integration for Tenstorrent's ttsim chip model, from MPI-SWS. About 700 lines of C++ present libttsim as a SimBricks PCIe device, so a simulated host can boot Linux, load the real tt-kmd driver and run a PyTorch workload on a simulated Wormhole or Blackhole. The chip model is loaded at runtime and left unmodified.
