Applies round to
input_tensorelement-wise with decimals.Round the input tensor to decimals decimal places.

input_tensor (ttnn.Tensor) – the input tensor.
decimals (int) – No. of decimal places to round off to [supported range -6 to 7], Defaults to 0..

memory_config (ttnn.MemoryConfig, optional) – Memory configuration for the operation. Defaults to None.
output_tensor (ttnn.Tensor, optional) – preallocated output tensor. Defaults to None.
