## Description

Whether the device driver is initialized and collecting metrics. When the driver is not initialized (e.g., during startup or after a reset), hardware metrics will not be updated. This metric is always present.

## Values

**Type:** Boolean

**Units:** None

**Allowable values:**
- **True (1)**: The driver is initialized and actively collecting metrics from hardware.
- **False (0)**: The driver is not initialized. Hardware metrics may be stale or unavailable.
