CreateProgram

Program tt::tt_metal::CreateProgram()

Creates a Program object which is the main container that bundles kernels, circular buffers, and/or semaphores for execution on device

The Program is bound to the default MetalContext, so this overload cannot be used with a MeshDevice that belongs to a different MetalEnv. Prefer the overload that takes a MeshDevice.
