Description

The number of programs the dispatch core for this command queue (CQ) launched onto worker cores during the last telemetry collection interval. This is the output rate of the fast-dispatch pipeline (host → prefetch core → dispatch core → worker cores). Comparing it against tt_dispatch_prefetch_command_count and the blocked/waiting signals shows whether incoming commands are being converted into work efficiently or getting stuck along the way.

This is a per-interval delta, not a monotonic total. The device-side counter is reset each time telemetry is read, so each sample reports only the programs launched since the previous collection cycle. Do not apply Prometheus rate()/increase() as you would to a cumulative counter.

A separate metric is emitted for every command queue the chip can support (cq0, cq1, …). CQs absent from a given read, and chips whose firmware bundle is below version 19.12.0, report the default value of 0.

Units: None

Allowable values: A non-negative integer count of programs launched in the last interval. For example, 256 means the dispatch core launched 256 programs onto worker cores since the previous read.
