Description
The cumulative number of dropped packets on a specific Ethernet receive (RX) queue. A drop occurs when an incoming packet cannot be accepted, for example because the queue is full. Each Ethernet channel exposes multiple RX queues, distinguished by the queue label.
This metric is only available on Blackhole devices. It is read as a single 64-bit value from boot_results.eth_live_status.rxq<queue>_pkt_drop.
Values
Type: Unsigned Integer
Units: None
Allowable values: A non-negative 64-bit integer representing the cumulative count of dropped packets on the queue.
