Description

The temperature of the top die of a GDDR (DRAM) module in degrees Celsius. Each chip has multiple DRAM modules, and each module has a top and bottom die with independent temperature sensors. This metric is only created if GDDR telemetry is available on the device.

Values

Type: Floating Point

Units: Degrees Celsius

Allowable values: A floating-point number representing the top die temperature. For example, 55.0 means the top die of the DRAM module is at 55 degrees Celsius.
