entropy_source_pkg

Define entropy-source register widths, type aliases, lane count, and the error aggregation bus.

RegAddrWidth/RegDataWidth/RegStrbWidth and reg_addr_t/reg_data_t/reg_strb_t serve register access; NRings is the generator-lane count. entropy_source_err_bus_t collects every error and fault that drives INTR_STATUS sticky bits; irq_o is the single OR of those bits masked by INTR_ENABLE.
