gf_muladd
Compute Y = (a * b) + c in GF(2^8) under the AES polynomial 0x11b.
Multiplication unrolls into a shift-and-XOR sequence of partial products with no feedback loops. Used by the BIW extractor to mix per-lane entropy bytes.
