gpio_shim_pkg

Hold types for the GPIO pad shim and model control/status structs.

gpio_model_ctrl_t bundles the electrical controls gpio_shim drives to the pad model; gpio_model_status_t is the one-bit status that gpio_shim accepts but does not use.
