smc_4core_cpu_pkg

Declare CPU-cluster sizing constants for the four-core SMC Rocket cluster.

Defines the core count, the interrupt counts and the default RESET_CTRL value (cores and uncore out of reset, debug module in reset) consumed by smc_4core_cpu and wrappers. The values must match the Chipyard DigitalTop configuration.
